What Is Life?

Posted on December 22, 2020December 22, 2020 by Lloyd

Listening to a scientist proclaim that DNA contains all of the information needed to create life, I found myself flummoxed at the depth of his arrogant ignorance. He talked about how his team is able to deconstruct the human genome and then reconstruct it differently using computer driven algorithms. I suppose his team’s goal is to find ways to produce “perfect” humans, free of debilitating disease. Or, worse, yet, to produce mechanically optimized superhuman, wholly organic cyborgs.

The ascended masters refer to this sort of guff as karma dodging. So-called human imperfection reflects the out-workings of karmic law. If humans—indeed, all life—were to cut itself off from the results of ignorance, they would never learn the lessons they came to the space-time milieu to engage victoriously. That goes way beyond shooting oneself in the foot. It decimates the infinite One’s own opportunity to grow infinitely as the spiritual Hierarchy of Individualized Being.

Platform

The one word that scientists seem to ignore when approaching the concept “What is life?” is “platform.” The outer formations of space-time, including all of the energetic processing, is a platform for infinite evolution. That includes DNA and everything else that scientists obsess over to try to figure out shortcuts that they are stupid enough to think that they can use to thwart karmic law. Most of them certainly do not think in those terms. They seem to be ignorant of karma as law as the foundation of their life’s expression. That there is a transcendent reason for humans/life to exist doesn’t even cross their minds. All that many of them can see and deal with are the mechanized conceptions they use to infest their brains.

The Question Is the Answer

The question “What is life?” is its own answer. That is, “what” is literally what life is. Life is the ongoing quest, the question, if you will, that drives the One’s plena to explore endless avenues of victorious joy.

Real science recognizes this. Real scientists are comfortable knowing that they will never be out of a job. Endless questioning, curiosity, may have killed a cat once, but if it had realized the correct manner in which to ask, the questioning, itself, would have let that cat out of its self-made bag. Some fools, who call themselves scientists, think that their goal is to figure everything out. They imagine that the universe is put together out of building blocks, and they want to isolate those components. I can’t, for the life of me, understand why they actually wish to accomplish this. Do they want to be king of the space-time hill? Do they inordinately crave pats on the back? Don’t they understand that their infinitely ignorant goal is the living definition of their scientific suicide?

We Need a Marriage

Yes, it’s wonderful for humans to seek improvement of their space-time living conditions; even of their human bodies through healing techniques and substances. It’s great to learn more and more about what the human body needs to thrive, and to produce supplements that can satisfy its needs and catalyze its healing. But, a red line does exist. Atlantean scientists crossed that line, and produced divinely unintended life forms. The Atlantic Ocean testifies to how well that went for them. So, the righteous goal of marrying spirituality and science must confine itself to liberating humans from slavery to physical survival. That is, humans can maximize their divine potential more efficiently when they can spend more time pursuing their raison d’être rather than grubbing around for grub and shelter.

Did you notice the faux pas of that last statement? It mistakenly imputes that humans are confined to their self-made, fallen estate jail cells. Radical Dzogchen say pish tosh to that. We actually do NOT need more time to pursue spirituality; for, real spirituality consists of Living beyond space-time even while enjoying its format. You can achieve spiritual victories no matter what is the matter. Your everyday life is rooted in the same infinite provenance as your meditation mat. Live in and as the One right where I AM.

It’s perfectly fine to enjoy the scientific quest. I would never engage a putdown of the illumination that disciplined intellect can facilitate. It’s when intellectual activity displaces infinite surrender as one’s ultimate pursuit, that ignorance supersedes and self-defeating cycles ensue. I stand in awe of mathematical depths and the power that math and the scientific method can deliver to help humans navigate their space-time, karmically bound predicament. Yet, it must always be borne in mind that the final Truth demands heart centered, consciously surrendered participation. Math and science apply to Life’s platform, not to the infinite, evolutionary Beauty that is humanity’s Real lot to joyously marry.
